October 31st Update
Dear TBC Family & Friends,
I appreciate Elvis’s great message last week which has come up for me several times in conversations this past week.
Tomorrow morning, I would like to preach the 5th message in the series on how the glory of God explains the Christian life [one more to go]. Tomorrow we will do some review and then see how God’s purpose of bringing glory to Himself explains His method of using believers to bear fruit for His purposes. Is fruit bearing only for the super Christians? Is fruit bearing related to luck? Or is fruit bearing something that is natural and normal for all believers? Please come or join on livestream.
Sunday evening we will be looking at John 15:1-8 dealing with fruit bearing and gleaning truth that will enable us to be fruitful. Please join in as this subject is related to how we can bring glory to God.
Next week Ray Hoover will be preaching for us before he and Wanda return to Ethiopia.
If you have not joined a life group, please check them out. Life groups are a way that you can actually take part in the discussion.

4. We want to celebrate with Uriah and Elisa Atwood on the birth of their son, Ronan Oak Atwood, born on October 20th. He was 7lbs and 14oz, 20 inches long, and healthy! Elisa and Ronan are doing well. If you would like to provide a meal, please contact Allison Ekstrom.
5. As a general reminder, please don’t come to church in person if you or anyone in your household have any flu-like symptoms or Covid-19 symptoms. Please continue to pray for God to protect our church from this virus as He has already done this far.

Many people are familiar with Psalm 23. But because we all know it, we often breeze through the Psalm without slowing down long enough to rest in the assurance it offers. In this 6-part series on Psalm 23, pastor Matt Chandler introduces us to the Great Shepherd, the Lord, who promises to provide for every need of his flock. Though only six verses long, this Psalm teaches us profound truths about our loving and protective God. By studying Psalm 23, we’ll encounter a life-transforming question: Do you trust the Lord to care for your needs? Anyone is invited to join.
