July 4th Update

Dear TBC Family & Friends,
2 Timothy 3:1 says that in the last days “perilous times will come,” and Paul then lists 20 characteristics of the these fierce, harsh, and violent times. Tomorrow I want to introduce this passage by looking at the bigger Biblical picture of why the world is becoming more dangerous. The Bible gives truth that can help us find God’s help in the midst of the dangerous and unsettling times in which we find ourselves and times which will become worse.
God has graciously given several safeguards that if followed will keep a society civil. When these props are disregarded, society begins to disintegrate. With God’s help we can find God’s blessing and be a help to our nation.
On the Sunday evening Zoom, I plan to allow time for discussion on the points from the morning message. I hope you can attend both services, as Christian people are meant to be salt and light in a world that is constantly descending into darkness.
I hope you can invite a friend to join us online or in person at 10:30am!
